ELIGIBILITY. The F-4C Phantom Jet Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding residents of New York and Florida) and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees of Phantom Jet Sweepstakes, Inc. and their immediate family and anyone living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Florida, New York and where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 am Pacific Standard Time (PST) on November 30, 2006 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PST on June 24, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Eligible individuals will automatically receive the number of entries stated in the table below with the purchase of one of the following F-4C Phantom Jet apparel packages during the Sweepstakes Period:

To enter without a purchase: Either fill out the online entry form and mail it in, or hand print your full name, address (no P.O. Boxes), including city, state, and zip code, date of birth, email address and daytime phone number on a 3"x5" piece of paper, and mail your entry to: F4-C Phantom Sweepstakes, PO Box 22602, Santa Barbara, CA 93121 (a "Mail-in Entry"). Important: All Mail-In entries must include a self-addressed stamped envelope ("SASE") (Vermont residents click here. Sponsor will return tickets for the Sweepstakes drawing in the SASE. Each Mail-in Entry will receive 12 entries into the Sweepstakes drawing. Limit one Mail-in Entry per outer post-marked envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 8, 2008 and received by June 13, 2008. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete or postage due mail/entries. Mail-in Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

DRAWING. Winner will selected in a random drawing on or about July 4, 2008 from all eligible entries received by a representative of Phantom Jet Sweepstakes, Inc., whose decisions are final and binding with regard to this Sweepstakes.
PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize: a museum quality F-4C Phantom Jet. The Jet has been decommissioned by the U.S. military, is not in working order, and may not be flown. Jet is intended for static display only. Approximate retail value: $20,000. The Jet is currently located at the Municipal Airport at Alamogordo, New Mexico. Winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with pick-up and delivery of the Jet to the winner's desired location. The Jet must be picked up within forty-five (45) days of winner notification, or the prize will be forfeited. THE JET MAY NOT BE TRANSPORTED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. All expenses related to the transportation, housing, maintenance and upkeep of the jet are solely the winner's responsibility. Transfer and transportation of Jet subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION. Potential winner will notified by phone and/or express delivery and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 14 days of date of notification. Sponsor will require proof of U.S. residency. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or winner fails to return all required documents within 14 days, prize will be forfeited. If potential winner forfeits prize or decline to accept the prize, Sponsor will attempt to award prize to an alternate winner, selected at random from remaining eligible entries. If the alternate potential winner forfeits due to alternate potential winner's failure to comply with these rules, or declines to accept the prize, prize will be considered "unclaimed" and will not be awarded. Except at Sponsor's sole discretion, no cash redemptions, substitutes, or transfer of prize will be allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that prize cannot be awarded for any reason. Any and all taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of winner. By accepting prize, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any claims or damages, including loss of property, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur as a result of or in connection with the receipt, awarding and/or use/misuse or possession of prize. Winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its directors, employees, or agents, have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
GENERAL TERMS. Sponsor is not responsible for computer, network, printing, typographical, human or other errors, problems or malfunctions relating to the administration of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors, problems or malfunctions which may occur in connection with online entry. Only one prize will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to such action, should causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
GOVERNING LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state of Nevada without regard to conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state of Nevada.
WINNERS LIST. To obtain the winner's name, send a self addressed stamped envelope to F4-C Phantom Sweepstakes Winner, PO Box 22602, Santa Barbara, CA 93121, for receipt by July 31, 2008. Winners list will be sent after the winner has been verified and the prize has been awarded.
